El Peso Hero has recently openly begun disrupting different cartel elements. He exhibits super-humanstrength and invulnerability to high kinetic caliber weapons.  It seems he operates in northern Mexico without impunity in the states of Nuevo Leon and Coahuila against our interest. Our informats are working around the clock in search of any valuable information which brings the capture or death of El Peso Hero.

The mayor of the city of Los Brazos has been recently appointed to take over the vacant position. He is an idealist, a dreamer, and a soon to be dead man. All communication of cooperation have failed.

Alfonso “La Tortuga” Reyes is in charge of “Las Tortugas” cartel. His organization is

involved in money laundry, prostitution, but mainly human trafficking. La Tortuga heavily

invests in the community of Los Brazos. Locals there praise him. He has fathered 3 children, there whereabouts are unknown.

In 2008 he was found and arrested by Mexican Marines of Saltillo Mexico. Due to corruptive elements within the military Alfonso Reyes escaped and has not been seen since.
